Class 1 Series VLV-42XXX or VLV-41XXX Isolation Valves are quarter turn on-off ball type, cleaned for oxygen service, factory pressure tested, in-line serviceable and rated for 600 PSI.

Isolation valves shall be complete with a brass forging body, lever handle, chrome-plated brass ball, teflon seals and seats, and type K copper tubing extensions.  Valves to be complete with locking collar suitable for locking valve in either the open or closed position. Valves to be factory capped and packaged for cleanliness.
 

Zone Valves

Class 1 Series 9500 Zone Valves are quarter-turn on-off ball type, cleaned for oxygen service, factory pressure tested, in-line serviceable and rated for 600 PSI.

Valves and visible piping shall be chrome-plated and shall be complete with a labelled gas identification bracket and one or two 1/8" FNPT port(s) downstream of the valve. Valve assemblies shall be complete with bronze body, lever handle, chrome-plated bronze ball, teflon seals and seats, and type K copper tubing extensions.

Zone valves shall be mounted in a powder-coated valve box, sized to suit the number and size of valves, and complete with decorative powder-coated frame cover and flexible Lexan pull-out window. Window frame to be labelled: "CAUTION: MEDICAL GAS SYSTEM CONTROL VALVES. DO NOT CLOSE EXCEPT IN EMERGENCY".

Natural Gas Zone Valve Box

Class 1 Zone Valve Boxes mount to shutoff valves for natural gas service. Natural gas valves to be supplied separately by others.

Natural gas shutoff valves to be mounted in a recessed extruded aluminum valve box, complete with white enamel finish. Valve box to be sized to suit the number and size of valves. Valve box to be complete with extruded aluminum frame cover, and flexible pull-out window labelled: "CAUTION: MEDICAL GAS SYSTEM CONTROL VALVES. DO NOT CLOSE EXCEPT IN EMERGENCY".

Lockable Valve Box

Class 1 Inc. 9100 Series Lockable Valve Box. Valves are quarter-turn on-off ball type, cleaned for oxygen service, factory pressure tested, in-line serviceable and rated for 600 PSI.

Valves and visible piping shall be complete with a 1/8" FNPT port downstream of the valve. Valve assemblies shall be complete with bronze body, lever handle, chrome-plated bronze ball, teflon seals and seats, and 10" unplated type K copper tubing extensions.

Valves shall be mounted in a recessed extruded aluminum valve box, complete with enamelled white finish. Front panel to be stainless steel with a No. 4 brushed satin finish, complete with a full size access door, quarter turn lock and key. Front panel to be labelled: "CAUTION: MEDICAL GAS SYSTEM CONTROL VALVES. DO NOT CLOSE EXCEPT IN EMERGENCY".
